Urgent IT level 1 & 2 staff wanted in PJ for MNC

Dear All,

Kindly note that I am a recuiter whom need IT staff with experiece and cant work on shift hours based in PJ for the following :

Level 1
Service Desk Analyst (English Speaking) RM 3-4 K with buy out option
Responsibilities
Provide first level IT support via telephone email or fax
Communicate customer requirements clearly and interface with other levels of support (If necessary)
Resolve issues and handle reported requests
Perform escalation and workflow procedures

Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Tech or equivalent qualification
Certification in GCE O level 1119 and TOEFL is an added advantage
Pref with 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook 2003, Basic Networking, PC wireless connectivity, Lotus Notes and XP
Knowledge of troubleshooting Remote Access
Excellent communication skills in English


Level 2
Senior Service Desk Analyst (Level 2) RM 4-5 K with buy out option
Responsibilities
Provide remote technical and administrative support within a centralized team in an off site capacity for Notes and Desktop issues
Ensure all tickets assigned to the Level 2 resolver group is resolved within the time frame specified in the Customer Service Level Agreement
Provide technical solutions to complex workstations and Notes issues in conjuction with other resolver groups
Work with all resolver teams and Service desk to attain SLA
Raise unsolved problems within the specified time frame for further action
Ensure that the customer is updated on the status of their call
Understand the technological goals or strategies of the customer to provide support
Maintain knowledge management documentation within the ticket management system

Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Tech or equivalent qualification
Certification in MCSE or A+ is and added advantage
Minimum 1 year of experience in remote toll support and telephone based support directly to external users, identify and resolve the technical issues of Desktop and Notes
Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk or Helpdesk
Knowledge if technology infrastructure and Remote Access trouble shooting
Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, Basic Networking, PC wireless Connectivity, Lotus Notes and Window XP
